Working with or for Guiver Freeman?

Are you professional and does the above appeal to you? Would you like to work with or for Guiver Freeman in secondment or interim projects by organisations that are frequently undergoing change?

The people with which we most like to work, meet the following criteria:
• Good in their area of expertise, professional, like to learn, read, follow training.
• Are pragmatic: translate theory (learning) into practice
• Are ambitious in their goals but realistic in their expectations of others.
• Don't choose the easiest (known) way, but always search for the best solution for the client.
• Want to (continue) to grow, develop themselves.
• Have integrity, are self-sufficient, independent (open, honest, respectful).
• Have self-knowledge, in particular regarding their own limitations.
• Have a considerable interest in other people/cultures.
• Don't allow themselves to be lead by hunger for wealth and power - also grant others something!
• Regularly reflect on what they've done, together with others; are willing to share knowledge.
• Receive and give feedback, continually search for and give intervisie, actively participate in our network meetings.

Guiver Freeman maintains an automated database of available people
This database is carefully maintained up-to-date.
Would you like to be included in our database? In that case send an open application, by post, or via e-mail.

Would you like to be included in our database? Send an open application, including your CV, by post or via e-mail.
Ensure that it is clearly possible from your details to extract (at least) the following:

• Of course your name, full address and e-mail address.
• Your education and experience - as fully as possible.
• Other competencies – and how these are evident.
• Whether you are an entrepreneur, self-employed - with VAR! or whether you prefer to work in paid service.
• Details of societies or networks that you're a member of.
• What kind of projects or functions are you looking for and with what kind of organisations.
• How many hours or days a week you want to work and what the maximum travel distance may be.
• What tarrif or salary you want to earn.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your details, plus a printout of the information we have recorded in our database.
Please react immediately if you see anything which is not correct or if you wish to send additional information.
Your details wiil be handled with the utmost care and security.

We can't immediately invite everyone who sends their details for an interview.
But, before we place anyone with a client, there will always be an extensive introduction.
In these discussions we will also ask you to show proof of the competencies that you have described in your application.

In our database you will receive a code. The codes stand for the following:

  1. Is for us (so far) completely new, we don't have any experience with this person.
  2. Has (so far) not yet worked for or with us, but has already been through an extensive introduction.
  3. Has (so far) not yet worked for or with us, but we have knowledge of this person based on an introduction from a client or colleague, who has experience of him/her in a work environment and is enthousiastic about them.
  4. We have worked with this person already and we are enthousiastic about them.
  5. This person has previously successfully worked for/via Guiver Freeman.
As soon as we receive a project, we will search our database to locate the person whose profile best matches the project. If there is more than one suitable candidate, we will always first contact the person with the highest code.

Be aware that by sending us your details you are agreeing to being included in our database
The database is only accessible to employees of Guiver Freeman, who perform searches on the basis of (possible) projects from clients from our network. Your details can be discussed anonimously with the client. Before you are definitely (and with all relevent details) offered to the client, we will always first contact you and obtain your permission.
You will receive a request two times each year, via e-mail, to update your details.
If you don't react to this, you will be removed from the active database. Of course it is always possible to provide new details in between these checks, or to have your details removed from the database. Send us an e-mail.
