The Strategy-Collective The Strategy Collective is a group of, generally small, independent businesses that work together and are active in complementary disciplines. Together they offer every possible general or specialised advice and service that can increase the profitability of your business.
Disciplines The Strategy Collective is your ideal partner for practically all of your questions, problems or projects in the areas of general management and desired changes in for instance Finance, Personnel & Organisation or HR-management, Marketing, Sales, Production. The Strategy Collective can provide all of the services that are normally offered by the larger general consultancies, with all of the quality and continuity guarantees of large bureaus, but without the associated high overhead charges. The Strategy Collective is active throughout the Netherlands and occasionally abroad.
Independent The Strategy Collective operates completely independently of suppliers of, for instance, software, banking products or insurances. None of the members is exclusively connected to any product whatsoever. If one of us, or all of us together, recommend a product, the client can be assured that we genuinely stand behind that product and that we believe it to be the best solution available for the client at that moment.
Quality and Continuity We continually check each other's quality because for us The Strategy Collective is a trademark. The members are required to regularly follow professional training. The Strategy Collective's members provide shadow management and back-up for one another for the areas where their expertise and experience is related or overlapping. This gives our clients security and the guarantee of continuity. In appropriate cases members of The Strategy Collective tender together for more comprehensive projects.
