Project management

Guiver Freeman has access to experienced project managers and project leaders who are able to bring projects to the agreed result in accordance with the corresponding project planning (activities, resources, milestones and finances). If desired we can also supply the supporting personnel for the project.

Projects usually have a duration of two to twelve months, but they may last longer. It is essential to achieve a good 'anchoring' in the client's organisation.

The projects usually have a (broad) HR related goal. Examples are:

• development and implementation of assessment and development centres, specifically for the    client
• elaboration of the company's strategy and the setting up of an annual procedure to update it
• recruitment and selection, or employee retention in a narrow employment market
• setting up and implementation of a system for performance management
• setting up of good internal communication
• implementation of integrated competency management
• implementation of a Compliance system in accordance with US law
• development and implementation of desired culture change
• carrying out investigations and afterwards providing advice w.r.t. matters such as diversity,
  flexible benefits
• setting up of job descriptions and/or competency profiles (of the desired
  situation)
• investigation and creation of individual competency profiles of the employees (present or
   actual situation)
• job evaluation study, with benchmarking if required
• analysing, (new) development and implementation of more efficient HR processes
• recruitment, selection and integration of employees from what are 'new directions' for the
  organisation
• setting up of an induction and training program, including management development
• setting up of a personnel and salary administration department
• development and implementation of a career management policy
• development and implementation of a talent development policy
• carrying out a study of employee satisfaction
• setting up of a good basis of HR management in a new organisation
• setting up of a new form of employee representation or a Works Council
• performing a social due diligence
• projects in the area of recruitment and selection of individuals or groups of employees
