Guiver Freeman has access to experienced project managers and project leaders who are able to bring projects to the agreed result in accordance with the corresponding project planning (activities, resources, milestones and finances). If desired we can also supply the supporting personnel for the project.
Projects usually
have a duration of two to twelve months, but they may last longer. It is essential to achieve a good 'anchoring' in the client's organisation.
The projects usually have a (broad) HR related goal. Examples are:
