The core of Guiver Freeman is and will remain small so we can keep our expenses as low as possible. But we are the centre of a wide circle! We are members of The Strategy Collective and through e-Jobs we have a great number of people at our disposal to employ in our projects.

Guiver Freeman is headed by Margriet Guiver-Freeman. Margriet is a very experienced organisation and change consultant, especially on the interface of people and organizations. Margriet Guiver-Freeman is an accredited business adviser and coach. She is also a recognised expert in Human Resources and author of nine successful books on HR and business processes. Margriet is solution oriented and a pragmatic innovator, always on a good scientific foundation and aimed at the purposeful mutual gearing of the development of the organization and its people. She coaches and motivates people, but steers them too, if necessary. She is a real networker.

Adillée Praag
Adillée is an experienced and accredited coach with a background of both commerce and Human Resources. She is an enthusiastic, committed and client focused person. She is sensitive to people and situations, strongly oriented on possibilities and opportunities and doesn’t allow impossibilities to determine her actions. That is when her creativity and enthusiasm come to the fore! Adillée’s methods are characterised by her focus on results and the gentle but determined way she holds clear mirrors up to her clients. In this way the clients let go of their set patterns and become willing to explore new possibilities.

Martin Guiver
Martin is our "IT specialist". He looks after our computer network and other equipment, solves problems and advises on a variety of computer programmes. Martin studied physics and electronics before he held a variety of jobs – from electronics engineer/computer programmer to managing director (including of his own company). This taught him to use his time, computer equipment and programmes extremely efficiently to achieve the necessary results and to ‘keep his head above water’'.
Martin also designs, builds and maintains websites (this website is an example of his work!). Characteristics of his designs are a tight and professional look, a clear structure and good navigation. He can also provide the necessary photography and picture processing.

The Strategy Collective

Guiver Freeman is a member of The Strategy Collective UA, The Strategy Collective UA is a cooperative of experts with various specialisations that complement one another. Many of these experts have had extensive business and management experience, gained in a wide variety of national and international operating companies and institutions. Collectively we also have access to a unique combination of local, national and worldwide networks which we can make use of when even more specialised knowledge is required.
The Strategy Collective is active all over the Netherlands and may also be called in for projects abroad.

The e-Jobs database

e-Jobs is a separate part of the Guiver Freeman website, especially for interim managers, interim professionals and coaches who wish to receive temporary assignments through Guiver Freeman. As most of our candidates are resident in the Benelux, e-Jobs is (for the moment) available in Dutch only. However, candidates from other countries are invited to contact us through e-mail.

Guiver Freeman charges a relatively low fee for which we also supply genuinely expert shadow management to support the interim person and to give more security to the client. We supply interims for all kinds of jobs, with the exception of technical disciplines. Our coaches (all over the Benelux) are experienced and well-trained/accredited. Many of them are specialized in particular fields or groups so we will always be able to find the right coach for you!

Interim management
Guiver Freeman has many independent persons available for the temporary (people) management of large and small enterprises, societies, foundations and institutions in the Netherlands and abroad. The temporary people management of production divisions or departments is also possible, just like temporary executive positions for foundations or institutions sucha as in healthcare or education.

For projects we can provide experienced project managers and project leaders capable of achieving the agreed project results in accordance with the agreed project planning (activities, means, milestones and finances).

Interim-professionals
If help is needed at a more operational level, we can provide you with people who enjoy working on varied projects. These men and women are either on the Guiver Freeman payroll, or they are independents and hired for the duration of the client”s project. Our interimmers are always well-trained, at least to graduate level. Their experience may vary: from a beginner in the labour market to as much as thirty years with regular ‘updating training’. Obviously, this is reflected in their ages: from their early twenties to (almost) entitled to a pension.
If the client and the interimmer so wish, Guiver Freeman may also second the interim professional.

Coaches
More and more companies make use of coaching, but it isn’t always easy to separate the wheat from the chaff! We have many experienced, well trained and/or accredited coaches for individuals and for teams. Through our database we can always find the right coach for you with specific expertise for your question and with whom it clicks!
