Strategic management via Competency management
Competency management is a way of working, aimed at achieving results, namely the achieving of the company's goals via the effective functioning of the employees. This means that the company needs to define the organisation's mission and translate its goals into exactly what knowledge, capabilities and behavioural patterns you expect your employees to possess.
Competency management defines the relationship between the goals of the organisation and the criteria that the employees have to satisfy in order to achieve those goals. This brings clarity into the organisation, makes a uniform way of working easier, supports the correct deployment and development of the people and makes it clear that all HR instruments are connected to one another. Competency management helps the employer to demonstrably better deploy his employees, motivate them and bind them to him.
Guiver Freeman has evaluated and implemented this in a number of organisations, from very large to small, with a high return for the businesses concerned and above all in a manner that got the employees involved in a healthy way and strengthened their loyalty to the organisations. All of the policies and instruments used in the organisation are geared to one another. The binding factor for this are uniform and properly usable competency profiles. These can be developed by Guiver Freeman. If required, Guiver Freeman can implement measuring instruments for the selection and evaluation of employees and therefore actually form a connection between the competencies and the performance of the employees.

Income management using 'Keuzeplein' salary and benefits
With the employment market becoming steadily smaller, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find good employees and in particular to tie them to the company. During the negotiations of new cao's (collective employment agreements), but also from various studies it has become obvious that employees find flexible remuneration increasingly attractive. Guiver Freeman can offer, together with a partner, affordable possibilities, whether the employer is bound to a cao or not.
Also the owner of a small business can now offer his employees the possibility of making their own choices in their salary and benefits package. The Guiver Freeman 'Keuzeplein' offers all the flexibility that is possible within the boundaries of firstly the taxman, then the cao (if applicable) and finally the employer. In this way each employer can respond to the personal situation and wishes of his employees.
The 'Keuzeplein' offers the employee a good insight into his personal salary and benefits package. The employee chooses the salary payment method which suits him best. We call this Income management!
Guiver Freeman supports the company during the
implementation by analising the salary policy and all benefits and by defining your own 'regulations' (a mandatory requirement from the taxman). Our technical partner then takes care of the whole technical (software) part. After this it is the Guiver Freeman advisor who guides the introduction of the system to the employees and assists them in making their first selections.
How does it work? Ask for a demonstration! |
