Adillée Praag
Adillée sees possibilities and opportunities for the future, in particular where people are concerned. She is result-oriented and is optimistic and easy-going together with which she has an eye for harmony. She is good at sensing situations and the feelings of people. She is strongly concentrated on possibilities and doesn't allow herself to be influenced by impossibilities. She draws on her creativity and enthousiasm for this.
She is an experienced coach with both a commercial and an HRM background. Following a period in which she worked in commercial functions she made the move to Personnel & Organisation. She completed her HBO (University) P&A study with an investigation/disertation on the subject of diversity, whereby she became one of the leaders in this area in The Netherlands. As a result of her varied background she also knows exactly what it means to stand for your own diversity and nevertheless find a balance in yourself and with your environment: to remain yourself and at the same time function successfully in the (Dutch) community.
Adillée is an enthousiastic, involved and client-oriented person, whose way of working is characterised by result orientation, whereby she holds clear mirrors up to her clients in a caring way. In this way her clients free themselves from their fixed patterns and become willing to discover new possibilities.
She made a deliberate choice to work for Guiver Freeman because she can deliver a real contribution to the development and the balance of people, whether that is in the context of a business or in their private life.
