Career coaching is often focused on the clarification of the client’s ambitions and career possibilities. But the need may also be for re-placement, re-integration or outplacement.
This type of coaching is also useful if there are very specific problems that are directly related to the client’s work or job: his relationship with colleagues or members of his team. Often this involves aspects of behaviour or attitude.
In both cases it may be necessary to (further) develop certain skills or competenties of the client such as time management or communication skills.
