Many businesses appear in perfect health, while sometimes there are processes going on that completely conflict with the most important objectives of the organisation. That is why it is important to do a regular simple check (which we call APOK) that allows us together with you to determine where some maintenance or further investigation may be needed.
This could concern your person too! Your motivation is after all one of the most important things for the business coach to work with as it is the major determining factor for the direction he takes with you. Why do you run your own business? Why this very business? What do you wish to achieve with it? When do you wish to achieve this?
A reasonably simple business or marketing plan will make clear to you what needs to be done and how it can be realised.
